Property Access

  • While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm; Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm. All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.

Parking Information

  • The driveway is gravel with a slight incline.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD/AWD and/or chains are required for all mountain homes during times of snow/ice. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
  • Free parking is available at the property.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All bed linens and towels are provided for your stay.
  • The property has high-speed internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • The home includes a washing machine and dryer.
  • The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking essentials, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave/convection oven.
  • Patio and hot tub are available for guest use.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The home has a Ring doorbell camera, and two on the driveway/parking. There are no cameras inside or on the back decks/fire pit/hot tub.

Construction and Noise

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Amenity Access and Restrictions

  • Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served
  • The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend; however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
